The shader can’t draw transparent texture in laptop mode.

この睫毛、ノートＰＣモードでは正しく動作しません。
シェーダーの仕様によりノートＰＣモードでは半透明がうまく描画できません。

メッシュ付３Ｄ睫毛です。実はメガネなのでアクセサリ扱いとなってます。メガネのカテゴリーから選ぶようになっています。要するにつけまです。目の変形にも対応させました。あまり無茶な目の形状でなければ睫毛もついてきます。（そもそもゲーム内でリミットがあるので、Mod等で限界を突破していなければ大丈夫かと）
一応、テスト等はしているのですが、ＰＣ環境等により上手く動かない事があるかもしれません。もしご報告下さる場合はお手数ですが、スペック（ＯＳとかビデオカードとか）と症状をお書き下さると、大変助かります。宜しくお願いします。
後、微妙な感じですが野郎用も作ってみました。シムズ４は睫毛無しの顔に見慣れていたので、最初テストした時、ちょっとギョッとしてしまいました・・・

This Sims 4 mod removes EA lashes. It’s for Teens, Young Adults, Adults and Elders. Also, it is compatible with Male, Female, and Feminine Male/Vampires/Aliens.

You will need to use this remover individually to your sims as it does not get applied to all the sims automatically. As mentioned above, lashes do not function accurately if the laptop mode is enabled. For texture alpha, these lashes use SimGlasee. This shader cannot draw transparent texture in laptop mode.

How do you get a 3d eyelash in Sims 4?

1. Download the lashes.

   Firstly, download the lashes. The downloaded lashes will be in a .zip file. Please wait until it is downloaded completely.

2. Extract the file.

   Extract (unzip) the file. Double click on the folder, and the file will be extracted.

3. Update to the latest version

   To let the lashes work, you need to have the updated version of the game. So make sure you are using the latest version.

4. Manage the file in a handy folder

   Keep the files in your mod folder.

5. Enable custom content

   Enable Custom content and Mods and boot the Sims 4.
